Discover How Many Calories Should I Eat a Day To Lose Weight?

It seems that dieters are always concerned with how many calories should I eat a day to lose weight. I was one of them, but I came to realize that it is not the amount of calories that you eat each day, what is more important is the quality of the calories that you eat on a daily basis.
The diet mindset has pretty much always been; to lose weight you need to eat fewer calories each day, but I came to realize, that line of thinking was entirely wrong. Eating fewer calories each day will slow down your metabolism, and what that does is when you go off the diet, your body will have a tendency to gain all the weight back again. What you need is to be eating healthier calories each day, calories that burn fat, not calories that store fat.
My name is Anne and I would like to share with you my experience. I once battled with my weight for years. I tried diet after diet, but they never kept the weight off. It wasn’t until I uncovered the truths about weight loss did I get the results I was looking for. What I mean, is that now I NEVER worry about my weight because I know I will NEVER gain it back again.
The key is to NEVER go on a diet EVER again. I know some of you are now saying, ”Then how will I lose the weight”? That is where you need to change your mind set. What diets do is slow down your metabolism, when in reality, to lose weight you need to speed up your metabolic rate.
Once I discovered how to eat properly, that is when the weight started melting away. Now I don’t worry about my weight at all. I even get to eat the foods that I love, only now I eat them on special occasions. In fact, I find myself even wanting to eat them less & less.
Once I uncovered the truths about weight loss, eating healthier, and discovering how certain foods affect the body, my entire life changed. Now I NEVER worry about gaining weight because I know that I have ”Cracked The Code” to eating healthier and weight loss.
My advice to you is to not be worried about how many calories should I eat a day to lose weight, rather be concerned about the kinds of calories that you eat.
The healthy mindset is to be concerned with the quality of the calories that you eat each day. That’s right! 400 calories coming from bad fats, such as canola oil, French fries, or margarine, will affect your body much differently than 400 calories coming from healthy fats, such as an avocado, some raw nuts or raw seeds, cold pressed extra virgin olive oil, or even pure sweet real butter. Bad fats will store fat on the body. Good fats will burn fat from the body.
I can’t emphasize enough how making simple lifestyle changes can drastically change your life. I have been liberated from weight issues, and I hope that you can liberate yourself as well.
